why is theJacuzzi at Saunabar in Bournemouth still not working, Went today after entering to find the steam room out of order as well.Only leaving the sauna working. So i will not be going again

Sauna Bar in Bournemouth. Almost everyone of my guests who has visited has come back complaining that the staff were offhand and that various parts of the place was 'out of order' - mostly the jaccuzzi and the sauna and the cruising area was cold - and having to pay for their refreshments at time of purchase.... and they were still charged the full price to get in. Many now visit Southampton's sauna instead and after sending the Bournemouth Spa 9 e mails, they have never - ever - responded to a single one... NOT ONE.

Obviously they do not care to premote themselves with other gay business in the area that largely, their business relies on.

Hence it is almost always empty and boring to visit.

I've always found the staff to be friendly if you are friendly to them. But agree the facilities leave a lot to be desired, especially for the price. They need to get a decent (big!) jacuzzi in and sort out the hot water problems, though this is down to the owner rather than the staff who work there.
